I also offer online therapy sessions for those who prefer to meet remotely. Over the years, I’ve had clients do therapy from their homes, offices, cars, you name it — as long as you have a private place to meet and a secure internet connection, we’re good to go. Online sessions are held over video using my secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal. I am licensed in Maine, Washington, D.C., and Massachusetts, and am able to provide online therapy to clients who are located in these states.
In-person: Boston area (coming soon!)
Having provided in-person therapy in the Portland area for about eight years, I am currently in the process of relocating to the Boston area. I plan to open an office in the Boston area for in-person therapy in the summer/fall of 2026, and will be happy to see existing and new clients in the new space!
